Q 2) A solid cylinder of mass M and radius R rolls without slipping down an inclined plane of length L and height h. What is the speed of its centre of mass when the cylinder reaches its bottom ?

AIPMT/NEET 2003 | C.O.M & Rotation Q 2 | In case of rolling motion of an object on an inclined plane along downward direction, gravitation potential energy loss by body will be equal to gain in its combined Kinetic energy since there is no work done by any torque of any external force as well as by any non conservative force.
